配制方法:
Add egg to water. Add xanthan and "Saladizer" #206 dispersed in oil to above. Let gums hydrate 3-4 min. Add tomato paste, sugar and spices.
Add oil. Add vinegar and salt slowly. Pass through colloid mill @ .020-.030 in.
