"Carbopol" 940 Resin/1.0
"Santicizer" 160/15.0
"Ethomeen" C-25/3.0
"Geon" 121/100.0
Put dry "Geon" 121 resin, "Carbopol" 940 resin, and dry "Dythal" in
a Hobart bucket. Use only "Dythal" powder, not paste. Start mixing and
add blend of plasticizers. After plastisol is made and let down with
remaining plasticizer, then deaerate. To the deaerated plastisol, stir
in the "Ethomeen" C-25 and wait for complete viscosity
development-approximately 1 h.
