配制方法:
Manufacture compounding ingredients: The ingredients are used in the form of solutions, emulsions, or dispersions. When preparing dispersions, it is essential that the particle size of the dispersed material is not greater than 5/um. Coarse particles can make processing difficult by settling in the dipping tanks and may also cause defects in the product. Mixing and maturation: Ingredients added to the latex in the order given in the formulations and the mix is thoroughly stirred to ensure homogeneity. the vulcanizable mix needs to be "matured" prior to use and should be kept at a temperature of 30 +_2'C for 16 h with gentle stirring, and then cooled to 15-20'C. After preparation the mix should be sieved through an 80-100 mesh nylon or stainless steel gauze before being fed to the dipping tank. Dipping and curing: Porcelain, glass, or aluminum formers are dipped into a 15-20% solution of calcium nitrate in alcohol, to which a small amount (1-5%) of detackifying agent (e.g., talc) has been added.
