Add the "Vinac" B-15 slowly with stirring th the alcohol which has been heated to 65-70'C. Maintain temperature and stir until all the "Vinac" has dissolved and a clear gel is formed. (Maintain the alcohol level by replacing any alcohol that has boiled off.) Add the "Veegum" to the water slowly, agitating continually until smooth. Add B to A with agitation. Stir until smooth. Add C and stir until uniform.
