Sodium Saccharin/6.0 mg Per Tablet
Sodium Chloride (powdered)/6.0 mg Per Tablet
Magnesium Stearate/27.4 mg Per Tablet
Peppermint Oil/0.5 mg Per Tablet
* Prepare binder solution consisting of:
Acacia (powdered): 15 g
Gelatin (granular): 45 g
Acetaminophen NF/120.0 mg Per Tablet
Water q.s.ad: 500 ml
"Syloid" 244/0.50 mg Per Tablet
Mannitol USP (powdered)/720.0 mg Per Tablet
Banana, "Permaseal" F-4932/2.0 mg Per Tablet
Binder solution*/21.6 mg Per Tablet
Anise, "Permaseal" F-2837/2.0 mg Per Tablet

配制方法:

Screen mannitol and sodium saccharin through 40-mesh screen. Blend thoroughly with the acetaminophen. Granulate and dry overnight at 140-150'F. Screen through 12-mesh screen. Adsorb the peppermint oil onto the "Syloid" 244 and mix with the flavors and sodium chloride. Blend this flavor mixture, the dried granulation and magnesium stearate.
Compress on 0.5 in. flat face bevel edge punch to a hardness of 12-15 kg (Strong-Cobb-Arner tester).
