配制方法:

Add the "Tergitol" TP-9 to the water, and stir until the surfactant has been completely dissolved. Follow with the addition of "Hamp-ene" 100 and "Bardac"-20. Stir until solution is clear. During continued continue agitation with cooling to 30'C and fill off.
