Butyl Acetate/30.0
Dibutyl Phthalate/13.5
Ethanol/4.9
Nitrocellulose/11.4
D&C Red No.19/0.1
Ethyl Acetate/31.5
D&C Red No.31/0.2
Tricresyl Phosphate/8.3

配制方法:

Mix the colors in the dibutyl phthalate and mill the mixture in a ball or pebble mill. Dissolve the nitrocellulose in the ethyl acetate, and add the butyl acetate to this mixture. Slowly incorporate the pigment dispersion in the nitrocellulose solution, and mix with thorough stirring. Finally, add the balance of the ingredients and stir until the product is uniform. If perfume is used, it may be added last. For best results, fill the enamel immediately.
