Mix A and B separately until clear. Add B to with agitation and mix until clear.
This formulation demonstrates a technique where by solvent, water, and detergent phosphate are combined in a transparent emulsion for multifunctional cleaning. This product is suggested also for treatment of difficult stains prior to laundering.
