Dissolve the emulsifiers and amine and oil the alcohol. Disperse the
"Carbopol" in watr until completely dispersed. (Note: it may be
desirable to make a 2% stock solution of "Carbopol.") Mix the two phases
together.

配制方法:

Heat oil and water separately to 75-80'C. Add oil to water phase with moderate agitation. Maintain agitation while cooling to below 30'C.
Add fragrance at 40'C.
