Weigh 2; commence stirring. Slowly add 1. When the "Carbopol" has
completely hydrated proceed to weigh 3 and add 6 and 7. Stir until these
items dissolve and add this to the "Carbopol" water dispersion. Add the
remainder of the formulation ingredients while stirring continuously.
Stir after the batch has been permitted to age for 12-15 h and fill.
