Brushless Shaving Cream

Weigh 1-7 into a container and begin heating this blend to 70-73'C.
Commence agitation using a mixer which provides good stirring of heavy
creams. Weigh 9 and add 11 using a mixer equipped with a stirrer capable
of imparting relatively high shear stress (an agitator equipped with a
propeller type stirrer is recommended). Stir until the "Oat-Pro" is
completely dispersed and hydrated and no lumps of "Oat-Pro" are visible.
Add the remainder of the individual ingredients to the water with the
exception of 13 and adjust the temperature to 70-73'C. When the
water-containing blend and fatty acid blend are both at 70-73'C add the
water blend to the fatty acids. continue stirring and commence cooling.
Cool the batch to 30-35'C; add perfume. Permit to remain overnight;
resume stirring for one hour the following day and package.
