Triethanolamine (10% sol'n)/1.50
Perfumes, Dyes, and Preservatives/q.s.
Blend "Solulan" 98 with "Mearlin" AC. Heat part of the water to 80'C
and blend in "Natrosol." Disperse "Carbopol" in the remaining water and
add "Natrosol" solution. Add "Ceraphyl" 230 dissolved in alcohol. Add
triethanolamine solution, then the "Solulan" 98/"Mearlin" AC blend.
