Weigh and add all the ingredients, with the exception of the "oat-Pro," into a container. Begin heating and stirring. Heat to 70-73'C and stir by means of an agitator equipped with a propeller type stirrer. Slowly add the "Oat-Pro" and stir until complete dispersion has occurred. Begin cooling the batch; cool the batch to 48-51'C and package at this temperature, while continuing to stir.
