配方组成:

Propylene Glycol/1.5
Weigh and add 1 and 3 into a container and begin heating and
stirring. Heat the blend to 75-80'C and maintain at this temperature.
Weigh and add 5 into another container and begin stirring and heating.
use of a relatively high shear imparting stirrer is recommended. (A
variable speed agitator equipped with a propeller type stirrer is
suggested). Add the "Oat-Pro" while continuing to heat the batch. When
the "Oat-Pro" is completely dispersed, add 6 and bring the temperature
to 75-80'C. Add the "Oat-Pro"-containing blend, which is at 75-80'C to
the beeswax-containing blend, which is at the same temperature. When all
the "Oat-Pro" blend has been added, add the remaining ingredients, with
the exception of 8. Begin cooling; cool to 50'C. Continue stirring,
while adding 8 at 50'C. Then package.

配制方法:

Dissolve all the waxes in the mineral spirits at 90'C. Employ a reflux column. Allow the mixture to cool to 50'C. Add pigments under high speed agitation.
