配制方法:

Dissolve "Exon" 470 in Isophorone, DIBK and "Solvesso" 150 under high shear agitation until completely free of gel particles. Slowly add the mineral spirits to thin the dissolved solution resin. Disperse the "Exon" 654 in DIDP, "Thermolite" 31 and "ERL"-2774. Add the dissolved solution resin to the plastisol portion or vice versa, according to personal preference.
The applied coating is fused for 23 minutes @ 125-180'C on bonderized steel.
