Weigh and add 1 into a container and begin stirring, with a relatively high shear imparting propeller type stirrer. Add 2, which is the "Oat-Pro" and stir until complete dispersion of the material takes place. Begin heating the water-"Oat-Pro" blend, while stirring continuously. Heat this blend to 70-73'C. In another container weigh and add 3 and 4 and begin stirring and heating. Heat this blend to 70-73'C. When both blends are at 70-73'C add the "Ammonyx"-4-cetyl alcohol blend to the deionized water-"Oat-Pro." When all of the "Ammonyx"-4-Cetyl alcohol blend has been added, begin cooling the batch. Add 8 at 65'C. Continue cooling, and reduce the temperature to 40-43'C, at which time add the remaining ingredients. Stir until uniform and package.
