配制方法:

15 min: A third of the polybutene and remainder of calcium carbonate is added.
25 min: Remaining polybutene and half the talc are added.
30 min: Remaining talc, TiO2, and half the solvent are added and the mass mixed until homogeneous.
35 min: Mix cobalt drier and remaining mineral spirits and add the mixture incrementally over a 10 min period.
50 min: Mass should be homogeneous and ready for dumping.
Compression ram used 0-35 min.
Mixing procedure for "Polysar" XL-50 formulations Start: Steam on to approximately 250'F. add thixotrope.
1 min: Add polybutene, antioxidant and phenolic resin.
5 min: Steam off; incrementally add fillers and pigment.
30 min: Add copolymer incrementally.
50 min: Mix for 5 min.
55 min: Dump.
