配制方法:
The Benzoyl Peroxide grind is prepared in advance by slurrying the BP in polyethylene glycol 400 at ambient temperature, then passing through a colloid mill to desired particle size. All ingredients of Part A are loaded together in a kettle and heated to 75'C. Simple propeller mixing will form a crude emulsion which is then cooled to 60'C. Agitation of Part A is now sharply increased to form a vortex, into which Part B ("Avicel" CL-611) is added quickly. After 5 min high-shear agitation of Parts A and B at 60'C, begin slow cooling via moderate agitation to allow escape of entrapped air. Cool to 40'C. Part C is prepared in a separate kettle, by simply stirring together (via propeller agitation at ambient temp.) the 50% BP grind and the water of Part C. Part C is then slowly added to the 40'C Parts A and B with moderate propeller agitation. Finished batch should be cooled to 30-35'C before taking off, and if any BP specs are still visible passed through a high pressure homogenizer such as a
