Waterless Hand Cleaner

配方组成:

Water/3.2
Prepare the oil phase by gently blending each of the ingredients in
Part A at a low temperature [approximately 50 C (70 F)]. Prepare the
aqueous phase by sprinkling the "Methocel" into water at 90 C (194 F)
and disperse well with moderate agitation. Allow temperature of
dispersion to drop to 50-55 C (122-131 F). Add the oil and water phases
together and mix until homogeneous. Continue to mix until temperature
drops to about 35 C (95 F). Perfume.

C: Cocoyl Sarcosine/9.0
Mineral Oil/10.0
Odorless Kerosene/34.5
Deodorized Kerosene/25.0
Mineral Oil/5.0

Lanolin Oil/1.0
A: "Veegum"/2.0
A: PEG 30 Hydrogenated Lanolin/3.0
Water/39.5
B: "Methocel" J75M/1.0
B: Potasium Hydroxide/1.8

配制方法:

Add the "Veegum" to the water slowly, agitating continually until smooth. Dissolve potassium hydroxide in water and add to A. Mix slowly until smooth. Add Part C to A and B. Mix until smooth.
