配制方法:

Disperse the "Carbopol" in the water using high speed agitation. Mix until free from lumps. Add the water phase at 75'C to the oil phase at 75'C while stirring. After the emulsion has formed, add the triethanolamine. Continue mixing and cool to 32'C.
