Dry blend the "Veegum" and the CMC. Add to the water slowly,
agitating continually until smooth. Add Part B to A and mix thoroughly.
Heat to 70'C. Blend Part C and grind in Part D. Heat to 65'C. Add Part C
and D to Part A and B. Mix until cool. Add Part E.
