配制方法:
Combine ingredients and, using electric mixer, whip for 3 min at highest speed. (When cocoa is used in the formulation, a longer whipping time is recommended: 4-6 min.) Note: The above-mentioned whipping agents lose their whipping power after storage with dry-mix mousse powders containing cocoa. Therefore, it is suggested that cocoa be kept separate from the other ingredients and be added at the time of preparation.
