Cook sugar, high fructose corn syrup and water to 238'F. Previously mix gelatin in warm water. Do not exceed 130'F. Add regular corn syrup to cooked syrup. Then add gelatin solution and beat to 3.5 lb/gal. Add flavor and mix thoroughly. Pour on wax paper lined slab. Dust top with toasted coconut. When firm enough to handle, remove paper and cut pieces in sizes and shapes desired.
