Corn Syrup (42 DE-78% T.S.)/110
Sweet Whey Powder/25

配制方法:

Place above ingredients in the above order in a steam jacketed process vessel with agitation. Cook batch to 242'F. Add and incorporate the desired amount of caramel flavor. Pour onto oiled cooling slab allow to cool.
