One pound of "Armoflo" per ton of product in granular ferilizer plants controls both dusting and caking. It will keep the product clean and maintain free flow in the bag. "Armoflo" is sprayed or fogged with one or two nozzles into rolling equipment or screw conveyors. Adequate mixing and some heat should be available to promote coating of the pellets with "Armoflo." "Armoflo" not only attacts dust that is already present, but reduces abrasion which would cause the formation of more dust. The dust produced by parting agents is also eliminated to the extent that the parting agent is reduced.
