"Vulcafor" ZDEC Dispersion (50%)/1.0 (Dry)
Ammonia-Preserved Natural Rubber Latex (60%)/100 (Dry)

配制方法:

Cure: 2-2.5 h at 80'C.
Vulcanized latex is best prepared by indirect heating of the compound using a jacketed heater or placing the latex container in an outer vessel containing hot water. The latex compound should be stirred occasionally during vulcanization. Antioxidant emulsions or dispersions may be added after vulcanization to improve aging properties.
Articles prepared from prevulcanized latex require only drying. Product mechanical qualities are usually not so high as those of comparable goods made by ordinary vulcanization carried out after dipping or other forming process.
