The compound is prepared on a Lightnin' mixer and foamed on an Oakes
foamer using the following conditions:
Rotor speed- 1875 rpm
Pump setting- 50
Nitrogen gas pressure- 413.4 kPa (60 psi)
Back pressure- none
Wet foam temperature- 27'C
Nitrogen flow meter setting-6.2
the foam is dried and cured for 10 min at 100'C. This procedure produces
a wet foam density of 0.33 g/cc and a dry foam density of 22.6 kg/m^3
(14.10 lb/ft^3).
