配制方法:

Mix in air-conditioned room: A. Mix 5,6, and 7. Pass through a #40 mesh screen.
B. Pass 3,4 and 8 separately through a Fitzmill using a #1 plate at medium speed with the knives in a forward position.
C. Pass 1 through a Fitzmill using a #0 plate at a medium speed and the knives in a forward position.
D. Mix A with C. Then add (in order) 3,4, and 8, mixing between additions.
E. Mix 2, 9 and 10 with a portion of D. Screen through a #40 mesh screen. Add to balance of D and blend until uniform (about 5 min).
F. Total mixing time should be 10-15 min.
Compress tablet blend into tablets employing 0.5 in. standard concave punches.
