First add the TIPA, "Pluronic" L-62, "Nopcosant" L and M-pyrol to "Geon" 660X1 under moderate agitation. Increase the agitation speed and add the "Ti pure" R-960, Barytes, and "Atomite." Then, at a reduced speed adjust the viscosity with "Cellosize" QP-09. This 73.5% T.S. filler compound can be applied by reverse roll coating. Once dried, this coating can be sanded to refine the board surface prior to subsequent coatings.
