配制方法:

Disperse "Avicel" then "Methocel" via high speed shear, then, add TEA and titanium dioxide. Mix oil phase, warm gently and stir to make homogeneous. Add the water phase to the oil phase with high speed propeller mixer. Add fragrance.
Although quite flowable when initially made, this product "sets up" to a heavy "flowing cream" on standing overnight.
