Melt the stearic acid in the jojoba oil and heat to 75'C with mixing. Add the soya sterol with agitation and heat until dissolved, keeping temperature at 75'C. Add the oil phase to the water phase at 75'C with good agitation, followed by cooling to 45'C. Add fragrance.
