Charge first 4 items into ribbon blender and mix. Combine mineral oil, lanolin alcohol, and perfume. Heat and atomize into powder. Pass entire batch through pulverizer with 0.030-0.040 screen. Return to ribbon blender. Add pearl pigments and blend until uniform.
