配制方法:

1. Mix ingredients in Part A and heat to 85'C.
2. Mix water, "Veegum" cellulose gum, and methyl paraben, and heat with rapid agitation to 85'C.
3. Slowly add pigments from Part B to Step 2. Recirculate through a colloid mill or homogenizer-tight gap and retare for water loss.
4. Mix Step 1 into Step 3.
5. Follow immediately with Part C mixture.
6. Cool to 35'C. Fill into mascara cases or bottles.
