Mix 5 oz of above product with sufficient water to make 1 gal of low calorie lemonade. Chill and serve. Make a smooth premix of all ingredients except crystalline fructose and "Syloid" #244. Blend crystalline fructose and "Syloid" #244 for 2-3 min in large mixer. Add the premix to ingredients in large mixer; blend 7-9 min. All processing and packaging must be done in a controlled atmosphere with a relative humidity below 60 percent and an ambient temperature below 25'C. For best results keep mixing times and exposure to air of all ingredients to a minimum.
