Combine the "Texgran," seasoning and water. Mix and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Add these ingredients (uniformly) to the meat and grind through 3/8" or 1/2" die plate. Add 10 pounds shaved ice as grinding process continues. Mix for 2-3 minutes. Then grind through 1/8" plate. Hollymatic through 8S plate for patty.
