配制方法:

To a one-liter resin kettle charge water (240 g) (G), "Sipex" OLS (D), and K2S2O8 (C). Blend SVS (F) with "Abex" VA 50 (E) and dilute with 55 g water. Blend vinyl acetate (A) and butyl acrylate (B). Heat reactor to 65'C and then charge 30 ml of monomer blend. Allow 15 min for seed to form, while heating reactor to 75'C. Begin dropwise addition of remaining monomer blend and SVS/VA 50 (E) such that they are added at proportional rates. Maintain temperature at 70-75'C throughout addition time (3-4 h). After all ingredients have been charged, heat additional 30 min at 75'C. Cool and discharge latex.
