Part A: Mix the tall oil fatty acid, butyl ether of ethylene glycol, and triethanolamine and agitate until clear. Part B: Mix the water and sodium tetraphosphate. Add Part A to Part B with medium agitation until clear. The resultant product is a clear, light-colored material with excellent cleansing properties.
