Sodium Sulfate/14.0 Anti-redeposition Agent/1.0 In preparing the composition to be spray-dried, produce sodium citrate by neutralizing 19.6 parts liquid citric acid (50%) with 12.2 parts 50% sodium hydroxide solution. The addition and neutralization should be done slowly and cautiously under agitation because the reaction is highly exothermic. Surfactant, sodium metasilicate, sodium carbonate, CMC, sodium sulfate, and the optical brighteners should be added to the neutralized solution. Water may be added to have a uniform slurry for spray-drying. The fragrance can be post-blended with the granular spray-dried detergent product. 配制方法:
Mix liquid citric acid (50%) with the same volume of water, then neutralize under agitation by slowly adding the sodium hydroxide solution. The neutralization reaction should be done cautiously under agitation, as the reaction is highly exothermic. Add sodium xylenesulfonate and sodium silicate to the neutralized citrate solution; blend until dissolved. Add the anionic surfactant, the remaining water, the fragrance, dye, and optical brightener. The clear liquid has a pH in the range of 9-10 and a viscosity of 100-150 cps. Recommended use level: 1/2 cup per full load.
