Methyl Paraben/0.20
Propyl Paraben/0.10
Premix following first three components
"Richopaque" 11/1.00
Water/1.00
Dye, Fragrance/q.s.
Blend the first three ingredients in the order listed and adjust the
pH to 6.5-7.0 with dilute sodium hydroxide or citric acid solution.
Separately, Combine the opacifier and water and slowly add this premix
to the hand soap base. Add dye and fragrance as desired.

配制方法:

pH- 6-7 Charge water into tank and heat to 50'C. Add all ingredients, except dyes and fragrance, and agitate until clear. Cool batch to 40'C and add balance of ingredients. Fill batch at 30-35'C.
The viscosity may be varied by changing the level of ammonium chloride.
The hand soap may be opacified by the addition of "Morton" E-295 Latex Opacifier at 1.5%.
