配制方法:
Once the toothpaste has been made, it has to be freed of substantially all entrained gas, and preferably also of any dissolved gas. Deaeration can be achieved by the use of a vacuum. When the toothpaste has less gas then 1 bubble of 1 mm diameter per cm^3, its viscosity is adjusted to allow the formation of spherules by the injection of gas bubbles. IN the case of Newtonian fluids, this should be higher than 5000 mm^2/s. The gas used to form the bubbles in the final toothpaste is then injected and distributed through the paste until the desired concentration is obtained, which would be in the order of 2-20 bubbles/cm^3, with bubbles of 1-4 mm diameter. With controlled addition and the correct viscosity, the bubbles will not coalesce.
