配制方法:

Weigh the oil phase (#s 1-5); commence stirring and heating. Heat to 70-73'C. Weigh #s 6, 7, 8, and 9, and heat while stirring to 70-73'C.
Add the "aqueous" phase to the oil phase. Continue stirring and add #s 10, 11, 12, and 13. Stir until a uniform dispersion results, add # 16, cool to 35-40'C. Add #s 14 and 15. Fill at 25-30'C.
