配方组成:

Salicylic Acid/1.0
Weigh and add Part A into a container and begin heating and
stirring. Heat, while stirring continuously, to 78-80'C. Weigh and add
Part B into another container and begin stirring. Use a variable speed
agitator equipped with a stirrer capable of imparting relatively high
shearing stress (propeller type). Slowly sprinkle Part C and stir until
the "Carbomer" 941 is completely dispersed and no lumps can be seen or
felt. Add Part D and begin heating. Continue stirring and heat the water
containing blend to 78-80'C. When Part A and water containing blend are
both at 78-80'C, add the water containing blend to Part A. Begin
cooling, after completing the addition; cool to 40-43'C and add the
remaining ingredients. Cool to 25-30'C and package fill into suitable
containers.

配制方法:

Disperse "Laponite" in the water using high shear, add the propylene glycol. and heat to 70'C. Heat paraffin, cetyl alcohol, and "Crodestas" together to 75'C and stir into the above. Cool to 30'C, and the preservative, color, and perfume.
