Heat the first three ingredients to 80'C and stir for 40 min before solution clears and starts to thicken. Add the polypropylene glycol 400 to the hot solution and cool to 40'C. Add SD-40 alcohol thinned and mix for 20 min. Add "Carbopol" 934 resin in increments until pH 7.35 is obtained.
