配制方法:

1. Disperse the silicate in the water using high shear, heat to 75'C, and add the propylene glycol.
2. Heat the oil phase to 75'C and add to Step 1.
3. Cool to 30'C, add the perfume, and adjust the pH to 7 with lactic acid.
