Prepare Part A by dispersing the "Carbopol" resin thoroughly in the water using high-speed agitation. Add the "Natrosol" when the slurry of "Carbopol" resin is homogeneous. Add the glycerin, preservative, and triethanolamine when the "Natrosol" has dissolved. Heat to 85'C. Add Part B to Part A at 85'C while mixing. Continue mixing while cooling to room temperature. Add the perfume and mix well. Packaging Instructions: Use a Precision 0.018 X 0.080 valve, a Precision foam spout, and a side-seamed, lined can.
