1. Disperse the "Laponite" in the water using high shear, then add the triethanolamine, propylene glycol, and sorbitol, and heat to 75'C. 2. Heat the stearic acid, coconut fatty acid, lanolin, and cetyl alcohol together to 85'C. 3. Add Step 2 to 1 with stirring. 4. When cool, add the preservative and perfume. 5. Fill the formulation at 92 parts product to 8 parts propellant using a 50:50 blend of propellants 12 and 114.
