Local Anesthetic

配方组成:

Pramoxine Hydrochloride/10.00
1. Heat 520 ml. distilled water to 80'C. Dissolve the parabens with
stirring. Add the Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Glycerin. Dissolve while
cooling to 60'C.
2. Melt the Cetyl Alcohol and Spermaceti on a water bath at 60'C.
3. Dissolve the Pramoxine Hydrochloride in 200 ml. of distilled water
and heat to 60'C.
Add No. 1 to No.2 with vigorous stirring. When a good emulsion has
formed, add No.3 and again stir vigorously. Q.S. to 1000 Gm. with
distilled water and stir to a smooth cream at room temperature.
