melt waxes and adjust temperature to 100 C. add "syncrowax" AW1 followed by nigrosine base, stir for 15 min at 100 C to ensure solution of dyestuff. add lime suspender in a little white spirit. continue the reaction at 115 C for 15 min to form the calcium soap of the wax acid. add portion of white spirit. when temperature reaches 100 C, add water/"teepol" mixture and rest of solvent. stir until cool. fill at temperature appropriate to requirements. lightly refrigerate.
