配制方法:

place acetaminophen, "avicel," "di-pac," and "syloid" in a suitable blender (P-K or ribbon mixer) and mix for 20 min (run intensifier bar for two 1-min periods at the 9-and 19-min points). add starch or "primojel" and lubricants and mix for 10 min.
tableting: tablets are compressed on oval-shaped tooling (1/4 in. ? 5/8 in.) on a manesty rotapress with forced feed and 45 stations.
