lactose direct tablet grade/160.7
magnesium stearate/2.8
ascorbic acid (90% granulation roche)/116.5

配制方法:

mix all ingredients except lubricants for 10-15 min in a PK blender, AMF glen, or a pony type mixer. screen the lubricants and add to the 90% C mix. continue mixing for 2-3 min. compress on a suitable rotary tablet machine.
NOTE:1) in formulations where substantial amount of excipients are added, uniform potency of tablets can be insured by fitzmilling using a 1A screen with knives at medium speed.
2) excipients may be varied to adjust tablet weight to desired size.
